Will there be food at the event?
Heck yes! Our amazing Taco's will be available to purchase. And fear not, Vegetarians, vegans and Gluten free options are available.Only food purchased at the event can be eaten at the event.
Talk to me about drinks!
All of our bars are cashless and work on a token system. On arrival you will be given your free Cuba Libre cocktail and your event passprt which breaks down all the drinks available across the bars. We have a huge selection of Rum, Tequila, Mezcal, Cocktails & more.
And the music?
Each location will have a live Latin American / Carribean band or act, plus a DJ playing the best Latino vibes.
Is re-entry permitted?
Yes, you can come and go as you please during your session. Just present your wristband.
Do I need to print out my tickets for the event?
Each ticket has an exclusive barcode, you will either need to bring a printed version of the ticket or you can show your ticket on a mobile device.
Do you send out paper tickets?
All our tickets are sent to you through a Ticketsource confirmation email.
I haven’t received my confirmation email, what should I do?
Tickets are sent instantly by email after purchasing via Ticketsource, they can go into your spam / junk folder so please check before contacting us. If not, please email us on email@example.com and we can re-send the confirmation email to you. If you still don’t receive the email again check your junk or spam folder.

Will there be seating?
We provide some some seating for General Admission tickets but is not guaranteed for every attendee unless you have purchased a Club Prima tickets.
I can no longer attend the event, can I get a refund for my entry ticket?
We are able to offer refunds to tickets if the entire event has sold out up to 21 days prior to the event. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your booking reference number and we can provide you with this information.
Can tickets be purchased on the day?
Entry tickets can only be purchased on the door if tickets are still available. To avoid disappointment we do recommend that you purchase yours in advance. Tokens can be purchased on the day (and are non refundable) using cash or card.
Is there is Dress Code?
We don’t have a dress code for our festivals, however, think summer vibes.
Are soft drinks available?
Yes, we serve soft drinks at all our festivals.
Are the festivals inside?
The majority of our events are inside. If it's an outdoor event this will be clearly stated.
